Shipping

I ship orders through the USPS. Orders typically take 1-3 days to process and an additional 3-7 days to arrive.

At this time I am only set up to ship orders to the United States and Canada. Please email me at store@gladysmakesthings.com if you are interested in having a product shipped to another country.

Returns

I really hope you like what you order. If you do feel that you need to return an item, however, please follow the instructions for packing and shipping the item that were included with your order. All returns must be made within seven days of receiving your order. Please note that I am not responsible for goods that were damaged in transit.

Privacy Policy

Gladys Makes Things uses a combination of PayPal and Shopify for secure online ordering. I will only use your email address, mailing address, and phone number (if provided) to contact you about your order. I will not sell or otherwise give away your information or add you to a mailing list. That’s a crappy thing to do.
